Tavernetti Victory Bell

As in "Aggie Fight," UC Davis has a victory bell that gets rung by the California Aggie Marching Band-uh! after every football victory. The "Victory Bell" is rung one time for every point that the Aggies scored during the game!

The Victory Bell is in memoriam of Thomas Frederick Tavernetti a University of California Graduate and Assistant Dean of the College of Agriculture at the University of California, Davis. Tavernetti passed away in 1934 but his spirit for the Aggies and the University of California lives on through each Aggie victory.
